You can cook a traditional meal that normally takes several hours in your crockpot in just 15 minutes flat most times. And a 6″ or 7″ springform pan, that worked great for this…..6″ is the perfect size for small corn tortillas. Just layer like instructions state below, cover springform pan with tinfoil, and put in your oven or toaster oven for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese is melted. Pour more enchilada sauce and chives or green onions on top, slice into 3-4 pcs.
We can easily split one of these between 2 or 3 of us because it has so much protein and layers that just a portion with a side salad is just enough to fill us up.Can you stack the springform pans on top of each other and cook them at the same time?
Do you think a springform pan would work in the oven for this recipe?
You are just warming it up so the cheese melts everything together. Here’s how easy this cheesy layered casserole style dish with you….. Of course how much cheese, meat, and sauce you want to layer on is totally up to you so my measurements are estimates (and the more the better really). Spray the inside of your springform pan with non stick spray.Cover with tinfoil, put on trivet if you haven’t already and close your lid and steam valve. For a healthy mid-week meal just use lower fat cheeses and the other ingredients are basically fat free so it’s a win win for everyone!
Of course when its done you cant take out all in one piece just wondering if it would work wthiut it?
Pizza Pinwheels by yellowblissroad.com
They pinwheels not only are ready in 15 minutes, but you can freeze them and pop them in the microwave – so much better than prepackaged pizza snacks!
Roll out dough onto the floured surface, pressing seems together as you go. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes then serve with marinara or ranch for dipping. Crescent rolls becane really soft, really fast while making and were baked the 350 for the 10-12 min and wasn’t long enough for that temperature. Well my question is could it be made the day before, without needing to be reheated?
All of the recipes and tips you will find here are created with your busy family (and mine!) in mind. With just a few ingredients, they come together in just minutes!
They don’t have to be perfect, just enough so you won’t lose your filling as you roll them up. Slice them into approximately one inch segments and lay them out on a foil or parchment lined baking sheet. Roll pizza width-wise (the longest side) and seal the and slice into 1 inch pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown. I ended up having to turn the heat up and bake 5 more minutes. The second time around, the baked a little better but still flimsy. Tried a 3rd time with pizza dough and it was easier to work with, not as sloppy when cutting.
